HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE DESIGN WILL LOOK LIKE IN MY SPACE?

Once you choose a design, we create and present you with 3D renderings of your space fitted with your new materials and fixtures. You’ll know exactly what your project will look like in your space, down to the last tile. This service is provided to you at no additional cost.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN MY BRENOBOX?

We’ll send you a BrenoBox with samples of the exact flooring, tiling and paint to be installed in your bathroom. Seeing these materials will ensure that you love the textures of the tiles and paint used in your project design. No need to head to the hardware store. Breno brings the materials to you.

HOW IS SHIPPING AND STORAGE HANDLED?

Shipping and storage is included in your estimate. The typical renovation requires you to have space to store your materials. Brenovate stores your materials locally and delivers it to your home on the day of installation. No need to keep tiles, fixtures, or cabinets on your front lawn or in your garage. For ordered from our catalog, we cover shipping and storage at no additional cost.

WHO MANAGES THE CONTRACTORS?

Most homeowners have no experience managing a contractor. We source the contractors and manage the entire renovation, from start to finish. In a typical renovation, you source an unfamiliar contractor and manage the demolition process, the timeline, and the installment of the new materials. Unfamiliar contractors could be unresponsive at best and inexperienced at worst. With us, you get a licensed, insured and verified contractor with at least ten years of renovation experience, rigorously vetted and approved by our team. We only work with seasoned contractors that guarantee that your renovation is done quickly and efficiently, with completion times ranging between 2-3 weeks.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Breno accepts three installments to ensure you're satisfied through each step of the process and to minimize upfront costs. 
 
The 1st installment is made after plan and design finalization, the 2nd installment occurs once your old materials are removed, and the 3rd and final installment is made once your new floors and wall tiles are installed. 
 
Your initial deposit will be applied to the 3rd installment.
